ItemEdit plugin is probably the best call, as it provides a lot of new commands such as renaming items, storing custom items, change leather armor colors, create custom potions, add unbreakable items via command and much more. Of course you should have essentialsx installed as well, a chat formatter like essentialsxchat, a permissions plugin such as luckperms and a economy plugin such as vault

You have many plugins that can do this. Setspawn plugin does the job perfectly, you can also download hubthat which will provide you not just a spawn for each world, but a hub/lobby spawn as well, it is normaly used for a minigames server or a server with more than 4/5 worlds
