Since your server has cracked enabled the uuid is bound to the username
Here are some ways to get them back
Option: Go into creative mode or simply cheat them back
Option 2:
• Make a backup of your server (this is highly recommended)
• Download your world
• Find your new uuid here
• Navigate into the playerdata folder and find your old uuid
• Rename your old uuid into the new uuid
• Upload the world

it says your Pixelmon zip file is corrupt, try switching the .zip file into a .jar file
Nope, multi mine has no plugin
1) Check your mic in the feature called Enable Microphone Testing which is found in the Voice Chat Settings from the link down below, try speaking and see if the green bar passes the black line. If not then try changing your input and output device

Another method would be

Yes, turning on experimental mode will disable achievements
No, if you change something on the server, the backup will remain as is
1st option: Make a backup, delete the mods, restart your server, and check if the error occurs
2nd option: Make a backup, delete the mods, reinstall them in the same version, restart your server, and check if the error occurs

You can make a new thread about that, since this isn't related to the title 
Here is a mod that lets you gain XP when you harvest crops. Do take note it only works if the forge version is 41.0.91
The owner of the server should ask for support, since it's much easier to help one with perms rather than just a member.
You or well, the owner, should check if there's a mod/plugin/datapack that might be causing this.

Try adding these on the client

Try deleting Hospital mod NOT the pack
