I have a problem with pixelmon. It works at the point that you get to pick your first pokemon and thats good, but after that, I can't see any pokemon to battle with. Also, whenever I throw my pokemon out, it just lags and disappear, I tried couple of times but it's not working. PLEASE if you have a solution for this please help me by replying this Thread.

The PlotMe is the problem, not the multiverse. You can use PlotSquared it's easier to use and I have it on my server and also, go watch Ltjim007 multiverse-portal tutorial.
