my server lagged and everything is delayed for no reason??? is it our ping or the server? i have geyser in it is it because of that?? but last time it was not lagging like this please help

it will say server closed and disconnected, but rn we can play but we cant go to a specific coordinate otherwise the server crash but idc about that problem now our problem now is that we have a hacker joined our game anyway i can stop that from happening?

k now my friend tried to join then. he can play im trying rn if i can join
