That really stinks. I have a world that i had been playing on for a long time and saved a backup. I screwed a command up so i went to upload it and it is 139mb. Isn't there anything I can do??

I had made a copy of my world as a backup since my friend was trying some contraptions out. I had invested a lot of time in this server so i was putting all my trust in this map and that it would upload to aternos. I have attempted to upload it multiple times and it has failed every time. I dont know what to do but this is extremely frustrating... Please help!
