well I don't see any errors. what exactly was the problem. form the log it looks like you were able to join and disconnect from the server just fine

well you can use mohist for plugins and mods.

are you on vanilla or are you using any mods/plugins.

Check if the random tick speed is abnormal.
also make sure you have a proper internet connection

are you using the official minecraft launcher?

start your server. try to join the server once it says connection lost, stop the server. once the server stops completely send your server log here.
