I guess the crash is related to meta morph max. Try removing that and starting the server

if your friend just want to read you can give him operator status but make the operator level as 1. That way he can read console logs ingame but wont be able to access cheats

Maybe check if any captains have spawned and stuck in caves
If thats too much of a pain use a command /kill @e[type=pillager] and then check if the raid captains are spawning.
if thats not helpful then one other way is there. If u are trigger raid just get a ominous banner and throw it at the pillagers and hopefully they pick it up and give you bad omen

um ok maybe try this. Change your server software to spigot then select the version as 1.16.5
Because i dont think spigot servers are automatically upgraded

not really i went through it yesterday couldnt find anything useful. Guess youre gonna have to wait till one of the staffs view it.
it might be helpful if u could list the mods you use and if possible your client log aswell

it says something in the config file is not correct
did u try to change anything in the mod config files?

it might be due to incompactible java version
or directly from the error it seems like theres a file which needs to be a zip file but it isnt.

im not sure but i feel like the world is corrupted. Why dont you download the world from the server and check if its working normally on a single player world

check if you have the same mod versions on the server and on your pc

guess your brother is missing a mod thats on the server
would be easy to figure out if you were to share the server log and client log of your brother
