I can use the Mizuno's 16 texture pack fine, it's just that to use the CIT I have to use the optifine client, but my server uses a modpack. Therefore, I would have to client stack, and I was wondering if that was possible with Aternos or even just in general?

Is there any way to use both optifine and modpacks at the same time? Do you have to choose one? I'm trying to use Mizuno's 16 CIT which requires optifine, but I also want to use the Euphoric Curiosity modpack. Do I have to decide between the two, or is there a way to use both at the same time?
