guess you have your simulation distance down. if its happening only in 4 chunks you probably have your simulation distance at 4. Try increasing that and check

I'm playing on server with view distance of 8
mob not spawning further than 4 chunk away from me
I know about mob spawning limit on servers so i tried when i was alone at server
no mob spawn beyond 4 chunk
how can i fix it to get proper spawning sphere of 96 or 128 block?
