How about that the 
site has a virus scanner that scans for malicious code and stop it from being uploaded and then we can upload our own stuff.]

We can do a maximum of 6GB of RAM if that's possible.

I need this plugin for my server called vault but it apparently is outdated and the latest minecraft version it works in is 1.8.1 and here is the link to the plugin: https://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/vault/
and i am not sure if this area is the right spot for talking about outdated plugins and getting them updated. -
There should be a RAM option like you can select from 1GB to at least 24 GB of RAM because i usually get lag on my server and the highest was about 1.1GB worth of RAM.
And we should have more than just 10 players on here as well because i was looking for about 20 players.
