the sand teleports to the end and doesnt get duped at all and it doesnt stay in the overworld

I use origins mod , origins ++,pehkui and fabric api

so i built the sand duper and its not working and i am not using paper but i am using fabric and as far as i know non of my mods do any fixes to the game so i want to know if fabric does any fixes and how can i disable it
