turn on your server ask your two friends to join and once the server crashes send the server log here.
if possible send your friends' client log aswell

I have a modded SMP everyone else who's whitelisted in the server have no issues joining except two of my friends; one can't completely join because they keep on getting disconnected and the other, when they join- the whole server crashes. We've been trying to fix this issue for days now, any advice about it?
