Can you send a screenshot of the text that won't allow you to go back in?

I was playing on my friends minecraft server and I got kicked out from the console by him, when I tried to rejoin it gave me some text and did not allow me to go back in. Is there a time limit on how long I cant join or am I banned? I had alot of progress on the server and I really need to join back.
