Hello. Sooo basically i don't see villagers, can't interact with them, can't hit them, but i do hear them and even though i can't do those thing i tested and I actually got a villager in a boat. This glitch only happens while i'm playing on the server, When i play singleplayer I see villagers. This happens only with normal villagers, not traders etc. Please help, I need that mending.

Hello, I have a problem with starting my fabric (1.19/0.14.9) server.
When I try to start it, it always crashes and the only "ERROR" is:
"[main/ERROR]: A fatal error occurred reading the resource pack directory"
"[main/ERROR]: SKIPPING ENTIRE PROCESS"
