most of the server are supported in 1.8 to 1.11.2 or 1.11.2 to 1.5.2

some server are closed

these plugins just aren't suitable for Aternos because they rely on a static IP address which is just not available at Aternos. And Votifier/GAlistener plugin got denied many times..

these plugins just aren't suitable for Aternos because they rely on a static IP address which is just not available at Aternos and also brick your config everytime you restart the server . And Votifier plugin got denied many times..

1. Make sure you gave the Correct ip
2. Tell them to change their DNS
3. Give the DYN IP to the player
4. Make sure your server in not in whitelist
5. Check your console to more details

downgrade to 1.11.2

1. factions not compatible in 1.12 yet
2. citizens not compatible in 1.12 yet
