Yeah i had the same issue with many servers of mine,i fixed it but idk how, i think by switching accounts and seeing, btw, when you said "Tnt explosions"; It can mean someone triggered enough tnt To litteraly crash the server's server (what i mean by server is like preformance). Maybe when you are at the home page of aternos server see the TPS. If it's low, then someone crashed it, if its high, then idk what the problem is

I have a minecraft server that is very special, it is called the Destruction Dudes SMP! If you want to join it, send me a forum about the info you can share of your self, if you get accepted, you will be messaged (on your aternos wall) the server IP and the request of ur Aternos user so that i can give u the access to open the server
