So me and a friend are wanting to play skyfactory 2.5 but we have too upload the map i know how to upload it but how do i get the map itself to upload?

Not sure if this is the right section but is there any way to change it since i have no access to the server config file or is there a way to get access to it? or is the spawns just stuck on default
