Your server has the ServerRestartWarning plugin installed.
You or someone on your server ran the /srw command.
It's a command from the plugin which sends a warning and stops your Aternos server.
If you don't want this warning, just remove the plugin.

It apeas only that message then after those 1500 seconds it closes

Hello i need some help. I keep geting a notification on my server that says "This server will be restarting in 1500 second(s)" how do i get rid of this.
Read the plugin's documentation/wiki.
Also, you should not have more than one permissions plugin, only keep one of them.
