  • "Player does not exist"

    I'm tring to op a friend on our shared mc server but when I put in their user it says "player does not exist". I have typed the user in and copy and pasted it from their message telling me it. I haven't had this issue with any of the other members. I even have a screenshot of their account that shows their user but it still says that the account doesn't exist
