There is 1 way to do that in the forge, either using a mod or command block.

if you want to use the command block, put the command block in repeating and always active, put inside the command block this command "advancement revoke @a only {The advancement you want}" you can do multiple command blocks at once so no problem

so you might get annoyed in the chat as you have op so you can use "/gamerule commandblockoutput false" so the chat doesn't send the command block thing,
