Not a modpack, just one mod, a mod we created

Hello, I would like to ask, is there a way to add mods with plugins? As I'm still in the making of a Big Server, but I'm starting with Aternos first as it's free (THX FOR THAT :)) and we need a mod with the server, as we usually use a plugins, but for the server, we realised that we need a mod that one of my friend created for the server, so I would like to ask wether there's a way to use plugins with mods, if no, maybe you should add that. So to sum it up, a way for mods to work with plugins, and the server is 1.10.2 and we are using spigot 1.10.2

PS. The server I created is a Maze Runner server, and the mod is for a mob called Grievers

i would like a mod to be requested 4 a server, it's called speedsterheroes mod, by lucraft, to play with it, u must add lucraft core, and pls make it 1.10.2
