there r no problems on log its just the outdated life steal plugin thats all and no error logs at all the server just loses tps in 1 min of start n crashes

As soon as i start the server it comes to 20 tps then it drops to like 1.8 or like even 0.3 and then it crashes and all this happens within 2 or 3 min of starting the server or even 1min i actually need help with this cause i removed like a lot of waste plugins n still it does the same
