So i have just a plain server, no plugins, no paper etc. when i download the server world it works, but when i play on the server it doesn't dupe the tnt. I don't have a paper.yml, nor did i ever install mcpaper. maybe im supposed to and im missing something. anything im doing wrong?

On my vanilla server of java 1.19 i have a redstone digital clock, and for some reason the clock wont work on the server, but the clock works on my save. i even imported my save and it broke on the server. the main issue is a piston thats stuck extended, im not sure why it is
