Hm idk, then maybe you could have left some waring saying that your host destroys worlds you worked on for a long time? That would of been the smart thing to do. But them again people wouldn't have used your host if they knew that their world will probably get ruined.

It was a extremely important world that I worked on. Are your hosts that bad that you can't transfer over a minecraft world?

EDIT: Sorry, that was a bit harsh. But honestly I can't believe that this host would do that Well, thats the last time I ever use aternos.

I have a really important world I've been playing on, but I feel like now I want to make it 24/7 so I'm switching over to a realm. The only problem with this is when I press the download button, the world does not download. The button goes gray for 2-3 seconds and then goes to normal. I tried on different computers, different browsers, I've tried when the server was up, I've tried when the server is down. At this point I don't know what to do, so if someone could help me, or a mod download the world and see if everything is okay please tell me.

EDIT: I also think its worth noting that this is a vanilla 1.10 - 1.10.2 server. No mods or plugins were added to this at any time. The only thing that is changed is I have friends that don't have a minecraft account but like minecraft, so this is a cracked server.
