I don't think it's possible to set these on a dedicated server
If i change the settings in the world and uploaded it to aternos you think that would work?

We don't know what behavior and resources packs you are using but if they don't work, just remove them or use a compatible version.
We are not the authors of these packs then you should ask to the own authorsWhat i meant is they work properly but they have these settings(idk what its called)but i cant do them in aternos and here is what they look like

I have this mod called mutant creatures in bedrock edition and it has the option to enable natural spawn or not but the problem is there is no way to change the behavior pack settings i tried i everything and i searched it up and i cant find anything
