What happened to Excellent crates since nex engine was removed? It seems kinda weird why they are getting deleted

Can anyone help me? I have server on 1.18.2. But why citizens2 skins doesnt load its always steve. And excellentcrates i cant find it it says no plugins were found. Can anyone help me fix it?
