Is it possible to change resource packs on an aternos server AFTER it's been closed to be opened up later?

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, I am new here so please go easy on me.
There is a mod I want to add in to my server. But it isn't released yet (And it hasn't got a fat chance to be popular tbh)
Is there a way to add a mod an alternative way.It is supposed to be exclusive to the server only because it's based off of a gameshow. This request can be rejected if you want to do that. I just want to check. HMU If you have any questions for me
