Sorry I already got a response saying it was our modular storage system, after destroying that all the crashes went away!

It crashes when me and my girlfriend are playing for no visible reason. I've checked the logs and can't seem to find what the problem is.
It crashes around 5-10 minutes after starting with people playing on the server.
