Why does essentialschat, essentials and essentialsspawn turn red? i just downloaded them and did nothing with them...

Just try out some or research, I can't give a recommendation. I always used Essentials GroupManager and EssentialsChat myself.
2 more things i need to ask:
- Does Essentials GroupManager and EssentialsChat come from Essentials plugin?
- DO you also use permissionsEx? -
You need some sort of chat manager to be able to use prefixes.
What chat managers would you suggest?

When i am in a plugin i can't create more files. For example, in HolographicDisplays i want to create more than 1 example.txt but i cant as i have no option to create more files! Please help

Hey guys,
Today i started my first aternos server! Yahoo! But when i went in, a random message popped up saying 'Hello' in red text. I then tried to say hi back, but then realised i couldn't chat unless i did /say (Text)! Why has this occurred?
It then said 'Change in configuration' then worked again, so its working now... But do you know why this keeps changing?
