Hello. So, the problem is: when generating new chunks it sometimes just kicks everyone from the server with a messege "timed out.", but not really kicks, the server shows that there are players on the server and doesnt let us back in with the same error. I tried everything i could, and i think the problem is not in the modpack, cuz i had a heavier modpack running fine.
