Generate such a world in singleplayer and then upload it to the server.

hi, I'm trying to make a flat world, but I don't want it to have only 5 blocks, but to have 100 blocks. Just very deep flat world. I found out that I have to use generator-settings but I don't know how it works, I tried to put minecraft:bedrock,100*minecraft:dirt,minecraft:grass_block;minecraft:plains;
but it doesn't work. PLEASE HELP ME
