Hello, when ever I start the server and it says "starting" it justs go instantly off line after 10 secends

when ever I start up the server me and my friends cant join. when me and my friends try 2 join it says "connection refused: connect"
we have been playing attack of the B-Team on there for about a week and this is the first time it has started the server and it says "online" on the web
sight, but when ever I try 2 connect 2 it and play it says "connection refused: connect"
please help us
