Okay, I'll do that, it isn't the server crashing though it's just that my friend can't join

My friend has had trouble with joining my aternos server, it is a forge server with multiple mods. When he tries to join his minecraft crashes and in the crash reports it says "Array index out of range: 54. We have tried lowering the render distance and restarting his computer, what can I do to fix this?
