I am on my server right now and I just tried to kick my friend and it says "You Cannot Kick This Person." Now this has been happening since I got the server and I need them op-ed so they can help me but if I de-op they cannot do almost anything. Please Help.

Hello, My name is Jdogg1711.
I am new to all of this and I'm wondering why I cant do certain commands on my server. I have tried to kick people and ban them and it says I do not have permission to access that command. If someone can help me and tell me why this is happening that will be greatly appreciated.
