Forge Version is too high for my mods the server wont start up, i downgraded it but now its TOO LOW. isnt there any way to get another Forge Version between 43.1.7 and 43.1.65?

Can you make your own Modpacks? or its just seperate mods that you can put in a server?

Anyone knows a better launcher other than Tlauncher. because Tlauncher Modpack system is not up to date and currently im trying to play the newest version of a ModPack.
