The lag is still here...

so, i created an aternos server 2 weeks ago then i suddenly started lagging.. the server ping seems fine but when i enter it, my ping just drops... its odd that it wasnt like this yesterday but now its just supper laggy.. i did set the random ticks to three and flushed my dns and made sure vpn wasnt causing the issue. my internet is just fine and i didnt do anything to aternos server settings when the lag started happening.. idk what to do anymore and also theres only three players playin in the server.. the server name is SPOLLY211.aternos.me
