my ping on the server is 700 and im running a computer that can run ark survival so its not that

it takes me 120 min so 2 hours to start my server every time

The PixelSpark - pixelmon mod pack is in 1.7.10 but if you make a server for it its in 1.8.9 so no one can join also the link that you give to the modpack is the 1.7.10 one so i'm not crazy... proven crazy
