Well, the only error is uploading the world to the server. The only thing it says after 30 minutes is ''Error''. Is there a fix for that?

Today while a friend of mine was playing Minecraft on our server, He died in the End dimension. But when he spawned back in the overworld, he was in a totally different place. He didn't have his stuff and he was in a different spawn point. To make sure it wasn't just him, I logged on to the server and found out that I was in a different place as well without any of my stuff
We do have a the world zipfile downloaded. But when we upload it, it takes too long to load. But the time taken for loading isnt the problem because after around 30 minutes, It gives me an ''Error''
Please tell me what i should do
