  • Is it possible to recover a server without a backup?

    Dear staffs of Aternos,

    On 2nd, November 2022, an message was sent to my email stating that my server will be deleted in 7 days so I have to backup my files. At the time, I have had my backup files saved many times in my hard drive however, recently (approximately 2 weeks ago), my PC broke down along with my hard drive. This sadly means that I have lost all my data stored in my PC, including my Aternos server. Now, I am writing on my laptop, trying to get the server back as I spent countless hours on it. It would be greatly appreciated if this matter could be resolved, however I fully understand if it cannot be done.
