BuyCraft Plugin has getting denied many times (not because this hosting is free and you get money from here using that plugin) buycraft rely on real statistic IP which is just not available on Aternos. Aternos uses DynIP (Frog.aternos.org:4567) which will make your configuration reseted everytime you start your server so it will be pretty useless here

please try to start your server again and look into logs

Its not possible for now to upload or download (except your world) any files to your server due to security risk and the viruses and please do not mention hostings because server.shit and Aternos has a different platforms and also has different way to serve people. Also if you want a upload button and a download button you can go to the other hosting which is not FREE
