They can only add plugins which is available on http://dev.bukkit.org or http://spigotmc.org

In https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/diamond-announcer.9828/ its Outdated While in https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/founddiamonds it's not.

They Update it already, it's automatically will accept the EULA and your server will go on Queue.

If your using EssentialsX do /setspawnpoint
And in Authme plugin use /authme setspawn & /authme firstsetspawn
So your player will teleport in that location when they join. -
The plugin is Premium they can't add plugin that are not available for free.

Is it my internet problem? I can't join any Ateros servers. I try removing firewall, virus protection, restarting both pc and modem but still can't connect to any Aternos server. I am getting the can't connect to server messege.

You can use Authme plugin for the login security if its not working Please check your console log and tell us the Error, In Protection you can use Worldguard (It's need Worldedit to able it to work and also Vault plugin). In Anticheat Use NoCheatPlus plugin for that.

They will not add it because of security risk. Using FTP you can download plugin that are not suitable for aternos and you can make it 24/7 Their are many reason ehy they can't add it Please use the search-function.
