When they add it and someone request it its on latest version (Not Outdated) and author of that plugin didn't update it that's why their are many outdated plugins on the list.

It's happen to me too when that player is joining my server is closing, try to banned him on your server and ask him to join with another account or just download thr world and upload it again

Yes, Essentials is already added on Aternos but its only working in minecraft version up to 1.7.2 , use EssentialsX is better when your server is 1.8-1.11.2

You can't Import worlds on Aternos, first thing Aternos is not letting us to create a file like .txt .yml and upload our file because of security reason. Second you can't access to your server.properties.
Maybe in future Aternos will let us to create a file like .txt .yml

You can't upload essentials chat, if you want essentials chat download Essentials plugin but take not essentials is working on minecraft version up to 1.7.10 , If you want prefix just use bchatmanager plugin
