Change your version its depends in version of your map you uploaded

do /unban <playername> or /pardon <playername>
if banip use /pardonip <playername> /Unbanip <playername>

You need a Rankings plugin like powerranks,groupmanager,permissionex,bpermissions and you can set it in ingame commands for easy not in console
