Look for another plugin, maybe PowerSigns.

That's not a plugin, as you can see, they don't have the PaySign plugin in their plugins folder.
That's a script for the Skript plugin which isn't available on Aternos because it allows bypassing Aternos system limitations.
The script in the video is not the same as the Spigot plugin you linked above.
