okay switched to paper and did what article says. i will try now and type here again if something will trouble.
Hello, I have problem with my tps. Yesterday i was playing with my friends from school. We had 10 players on server. but TPS was around 1 to 7 and it sometimes left me from the server and my friends too.
while we were fighting we were teleporting, while we were walking we were teleporting too.
we have on the server clearlagg and thats the only way i think it can help server.
now if are on server 2 or 3 players, it is around 8 tps. i want the good times back that i had 15 - 20 tps.
Please help. D3nd3z. 
BTW i use spigot.
