Is there a way to keep my server online even at 0 players

I did i set it to 1.12 worldedit

I am opening the server but worldedit is staying as a .jar file

I just realized that multiple of the nodes are powerrank.cmd.set but they all do different things
I entered some premissions but I did something wrong because the ranks stopped working

I can't even find a PowerRanks website

so does that mean that i might be able to add .* at the end? Also PowerRanks doesn't seem to have a website showing permission nodes

do I write motd.<command> for everything or will some be essentials.<command>. Also can I write essentials.tpa.* to give a rank all the tpa commands

I already saw this page but there are no permissions written in it. I want to know how to write the permissions for example do I do essentials.fly or essentials.command.fly

If anyone knows how to use PowerRanks please paste a example of config with permissions in it because I don't understand what to write in permissions

I may have not done it right because it didnt work

I am trying to set permission for Essentials and it says "# Whitelist the commands and permissions you wish to give players by default (everything else is op only)." How do I whitelist these commands.

I had about 5 plugins but when i tried to get a sixth one it only got the jar file. Then i tried getting a mod and i had to reinstall. i didnt like the mod so i switched back to bukkit. I needed to reinstall all my plugins but the jar file problem is still happening.

I want to edit something in PowerRanks plugin but i dont know how to get into the files

when i press new/upload and try to add my signleplayer world to the server it says i need a zip file. I have no idea what to do.

when i go into singleplayer world it crashes my game.

EDIT1: and it says java error when i try going in server. (and a ton of numbers and letters)

EDIT2: oh nvm, it let me in the singleplayer world.
