We only keep the latest backup of everyone's server, we only have limited capacities. That's why it's important you regularly download and save your world to your computer yourself.
So, being sorry, we are not using this platform anymore.
We didn't do anything to our server, it has been erased.

You can try to restore the last backup at the My Server page.
So it does backup for itself? How often?

Hi.
I have a server here for a loooong time. I play with 3 cousins of mine.
For weeks I didn't join, and it seems all the data is lost, because I appeared at the spawn, and when I went to our coordinates, there is nothing, I assume its a new map.
Does aternos store data to backup?
We didn't download our map before you ask. Is it lost?
It's a pity, as we spent a lot, a lot of time there.
