The world works now! For some reason it took me a while to realize that when I downloaded the file, it created a new folder with the world name that had the actual world file inside of it if that makes sense.
But I have it solved now, I very much appreciate your help! 
Yeah. I have moved the folder to the Minecraft Worlds folder.
I checked to see if the name, world size, and date was listed but none of the worlds matched the one I am trying to download.
I tried that just now, I was unable to locate anything.
Server address is ColonialSurvival1.aternos.me.
My Bedrock Edition is 1.19.51.

I need help. Whenever I try downloading my world from my aternos server, it always fails world import when I open the world download with Minecraft Bedrock. The world is around 250 MB and I play on Windows 10. Are there any solutions?
