Is there anyway to fix the 10min. mark of the Idle Timeout or it's a fixed one?

Will giving out donations to this site will give more priority in queues? I know this is a bad idea for the low materials for the whole thing. Wouldn't be this a good idea aswell?

Apparently, I've been having troubles on changing the difficulty of the Bukkit Server I made. Even though I changed the difficulty from Hardcore > Easy, it's still there. Players kept on going spectator mode when they die. Any solutions for this? Thank you so much..
