This will be denied because the Dyn IP for your server keeps changing every time you restart your server. Because of this the plugins webpage would have to keep changing the ip it is hooked up to.

I use Microsoft Edge, I don't know how to tell what version but I'm in windows 10 =) and no I haven't tried with a different web browser yet.
